How to use it
Read this once — it takes a minute and it is what keeps the schedules right.
Export the quote out of WunderbuildOpen the estimate, export the client proposal as a PDF and save it somewhere you can find it. Use the real exported quote — a scan or a photo of one will not read.

Check the extractEvery scope line is copied out of the quote word for word and grouped under the quote’s own headings. Under each box is the original quote wording; the moment you change a box it is marked Edited. so you can see what has moved away from the quote. Untick anything that should not go to the client. Every category has + Add an inclusion and + Add an exclusion underneath it, and there are buttons to add a whole category, an assumption or a provisional sum — use them when the job needs something spelled out that the quote did not say.
Sort the provisional sumsProvisional sums come from one place only: the quote’s Allowances section. Each heading in it is one provisional sum — every line under that heading is copied across and the heading’s own total is the price. A provisional sum written anywhere else in the quote is ignored and stays in the inclusions. Each one gets one wording block covering what it is and why it is provisional. It starts on Exactly as written in the quote; swap it for one of the saved templates when the quote’s own words will not do. The dropdown lists template titles because they are quick to scan — the title is only a label and is never printed, the wording shown underneath is what the client reads. Manage the templates lets Max, Don and Declan add, edit and remove them for everyone. If the Allowances section shows no total for a heading, the amount is left blank and flagged amber — type it in.
Download itDownload Inclusions Schedule (PDF) puts the finished schedule straight in your Downloads folder, named after the quote number and address. The same PDF is also filed automatically on the matching Sales Funnel card (matched by the project address) under its Scope of works drop zone — and if this tool filed an earlier schedule for that card, the old one is removed so only the latest is there. Anything you dropped into that zone by hand is left alone. The bar at the bottom tells you where it went, or why it could not be filed.
What the tool will and will not do
It never rewords anything and never invents scope. If wording needs polishing, you do it on screen where the original is sitting right underneath.
It never shows a category total or a rate — the only figures on the schedule are the provisional sums and the quotation Sub Total, GST and Total.
Anything the quote does not say is left blank rather than guessed at. If you want it said, you add it yourself — the tool marks it Added by hand on the check screen so it can always be read back against the quote. That mark is on screen only; the client’s schedule reads as one document.
Provisional sums are read only from the quote’s Allowances section, priced from that heading’s total. Anything called a provisional sum elsewhere in the quote is left in the inclusions and flagged in the amber notes.
Nothing is listed twice: a provisional sum appears in the Provisional Sums table only, and its heading in the inclusions just points at it.
Before you send it to a client
Read the amber notes at the top of the check screen — they name anything the quote left unclear.
Fill in any blank provisional sum amount.
Re-read every line marked Edited. against the quote wording under it.
